Four steps, one delivery window and a rental period sized to your plan. Here’s exactly what happens, start to finish.

    Pick your plan

    Choose the plan that matches the size of your move. Each one includes a set number of totes and a set rental period, from 10 totes for 7 days up to 120 totes for 21 days.

    Choose your drop-off date

    The calendar checks your plan against the hive for the whole rental period, not just drop-off day. Dates we can cover are open; dates we can’t are marked waitlist only, and we’ll quote you the next date your plan fits.

    Add transport and pay

    Tell us where the totes are going and whether they come back from the same address. Transport is priced by distance from Keller, TX. Pay in full with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    We drop off, you pack

    Your totes arrive stacked and ready to fill in your chosen window. No assembly, no tape. Snap the lids shut and load them straight into the truck.

    Unpack at your own pace

    You keep the totes for the full rental period, so unpacking doesn’t have to happen in one weekend. Stack the empties out of the way as you go.

    We pick them up

    On your pick-up date we collect the empty totes from the address you gave us — the same one they were dropped at, or a different one if your move ends somewhere else.

Packing tips

Four things that make tote days go faster.

Totes behave differently from boxes. A little planning makes the truck load tighter and the unpacking simpler.

Pack by room

Fill each tote from one room only and unpack in the same order. It beats sorting a mixed tote in a new kitchen.

Spread the heavy stuff

Books and pantry goods fill 12 gallons fast. Split them across totes and top up with linens so every tote stays liftable.

Snap every lid

A closed lid is what makes the stack stable and keeps the rain out on the walk to the truck.

Keep the empties together

As you unpack, stack empty totes by the door so pick-up day takes minutes instead of a scavenger hunt.

Totes are rented, not sold, so please don’t drill, cut or label them with anything permanent. Damaged totes are $15 each and missing lids are $8 each.
